Description:

The REAP program helps agricultural producers and rural small businesses reduce energy costs and consumption and helps meet the Nation’s critical energy needs.
Applications for REAP may be submitted at any time throughout the year. 

Eligible Entries:

• Special district governments
• County governments
• City or township governments
• Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
• Private institutions of higher education
• State governments
